Terms and Delivery for Inside Line Models

We take payments for your orders via PayPal who allow credit/debit and PayPal transactions.

We are able to accept bank transfers between UK banks, however, if making a payment from abroad via International Bank Transfer, please note you will be charged a fee by your bank to process this transaction. For Bank and International Bank transfers please contact us to obtain the relevant details. If the delivery address and payment address are different in all cases bank transfer is the only permitted payment method that can be accepted due to PayPal rules.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we require notice in writing (email is acceptable), within 14 days of purchase.


We send the majority of our items by Royal Mail and DPD or UPS. For UK customers, you have a choice during checkout to select Standard, Special Delivery or Courier. For UK prices for shipping are calculated by package weight and for Courier a sliding scale according to order value (over £100 order value is shipped free by Courier within the UK). We aim to process all orders on the same working day as receipt, as long as the order is received by 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Due to batteries being classed as hazardous goods, these need to be shipped by Courier and therefore Royal mail options won’t be available at checkout if these are in your basket.

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are automatically estimated during checkout, tracked and signed for international services will be provided for all international shipping. For worldwide shipping it is difficult to calculate an accurate figure so this may need to be adjusted after the order has been made. If the charge turns out to be too large it is possible to cancel the order for a full refund.

All orders are double checked before dispatch to ensure they are complete. We must be notified in writing of any short-delivered or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt.

In the unfortunate event that a parcel goes missing we must be notified within 15 working days. Royal mail does not class an item as lost unless 15 working days have passed, and can still deliver up to this time. If it does not arrive after this time, you are entitled to a full refund, including postage and packaging, or a full order replacement. Refunds will be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, we are unable to ship batteries overseas due to international postage restrictions.


We also have an option for trackside pickup. Please contact us before selecting this option to ensure we will be at the race meeting and who will be the contact for you. Please specify in the comments section which location this is to be picked up at and which day / date on a multiple day event.


Not happy with an item? Provided it's still in the sealed and undamaged manufacturer's packaging just drop it back in the post to us at the following address: Insidelinemodels, 20C Dorset Avenue, Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 2DB. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return and what action you would like to be taken.

Please note that postage will not be refunded on non-faulty items and that it is the customer's responsibility to pay return postage. For valuable items we recommend that they are sent recorded and insured. Non faulty returned items will incur a 15% charge in relation to the original selling price to cover packaging, returned item inspection and restocking in addition to any cost that has caused detriment to the condition and quality of the original shipped item(s).

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt but before sending please contact us on 01253854788 (during shop opening hours) or email us at mailto: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for a return reference number to be written onto the copy of the returned invoice.

If you have purchased an item, and have paid via international bank transfer, we are not able to offer a refund, but can offer credit in our store for the amount spent. This is due to the fees imposed by banks to transfer money abroad.

At insidelinemodels we take privacy of the data you submit to us seriously. This information is for the sole purpose to enable us to carry out our services to you and will not be shared with any 3rd party other than giving your details to carriers for delivery or Payment gateways (in our case  PayPal).

The information submitted by you may also be used to keep you up to date with offers or new products from Inside Line Model by email, however, you can request to be removed from the list should you wish

Any information relating to the payment process associated with transactions given above are not stored on our system and are stored on your chosen method of payment systems. e.g. PayPal etc.

For International Transactions, no information is stored relating to Tariffs’ or Taxes’ relating to import customs laws or that customers will be liable for through the relevant countries of destination import duties and tariff laws. This may also include any transaction charges raised by the shipping company to process such payments.
